If you have a byproduct which you are selling, you will have to add its economic value. The reason for this is that the CarbonCloud platform uses economic allocation.
Economic allocation considers the market value of the byproducts. This means that the climate impact from a process is allocated between the products in proportion to their economic value.
Make sure the value of the bi-product is relative to the value of the product. If the product value of peeled bananas is €1, then the value of the peels should be lower.
If the value is zero (as might be the case with the banana peels), insert a very small number.
